1. Registration Fee
You are only entitled to visit the exhibition area for 3 days, forum area is not allowed.
2. Group Ticket Discounts
Group offers are limited to a single registration. If the number of applicants is 5 or more, you can enjoy a 30% discountfor group discounts. If you register for 10 or more people, you can enjoy a 40% discountfor group discounts.If you register for 20 or more people, you can enjoy a 50% discountfor group discounts.
Please note the name of the delegate and the exhibition when making the payment. You are supposed to complete the payment within 5 business days after signing up and the organizer reserves the right to reject any unpaid customers.
The number of tickets for a single order is 5 or above, and a VAT general invoice can be issued. For billing information and mailing address, please email to email@example.com.
4. Sign In
The sign-in QR code will be sent to you by email and SMS after you have successfully registered. Please check and save it. Before your meeting starts, you can sign in and get a participating card by exchanging your QR code and business card.
5. Usage of Participating Card
The participating card is the only certificate for admission during the exhibition. The card will be given at the time of sign-in. Please bring it with you after you get it and save it properly. You are not allowed to transfer it to others.
6. Modify & Transfer
If you have already signed up and want to modify your personal information, please log in to your "Personal Center" to modify it;
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra_charge
No refund will be accepted after the registration fee has been paid.
The personal information you submitted here is only used for making participating cards, issuing necessary notices and introducing multilateral cooperation. Otherwise, all your personal data will be kept confidential.
Simba Events reserves the right to alter the contents or time of the agenda, although it rarely happens. Simba Events is not responsible for any change, cancellation or delay of the contents, or time of the agenda due to force majeure. Changes regarding the agenda and speaker information will be updated on the website or otherwise notified to all participants timely.
